In this 45 minute class, we leave behind any tension or stress as we pound and drum our Ripstix to 12 tracks covering all four areas of the Pound choreography: Set, Kit, T&A, Lunge.
It's tough, noisy, a bit sweaty and amazing fun; aimed at adults but teenagers aged 14+ are very welcome.
